The trek start from Ghat to Kuari Pass is also know as the Curzon trail, the lord Curzon was a enthusiastic Himalayan hiker. There are two routs one goes though Auli and Gorson other Rout from Ghat to Dhakwani to Kuari Pass. The path trails it way though green, forest, with the mountain. Always in the view, the comping grounds are as delight in beautiful natural surroundings. At 4268 m, Kuari Pass reached by a narrow pass, offers a superb panorama of the Himalayas to the north east, and the west, Nanda Devi, Dunagiri, Bethartoli, Hathi Parvat and Devsthan is some of the peaks.

Day 01 Delhi

Arrival Delhi and transfer to hotel. Afternoon city sightseeing of Delhi. Evening tour briefing. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02 Delhi/ Haridwar (292m)    203 kms by Road

Early morning 6 hrs drive to Haridwar. Upon arrival check in hotel. Afternoon by cable car hill visit to Mansa Devi Temple for a fascinating view of Ganges and this festive religious town. Later to visit to main Ghat Har Ki Pairi (The footstep of God), is supposed to be at the precise spot where the Ganges leaves the mountains and enters the plains. Consequently the river’s power to wash away sins at this spot is superlative and the seat of sanctity is a footprint Lord Vishnu left in a stone here. Each evening at sunset priests perform the Ganga Arti, or river worship, ceremony here, when lights which are set on the water drift downstream and the priests engage in their elaborate rituals. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03 Haridwar/ Deoprayag (618m)/Srinagar (579m)   126 kms by Road

Morning drive to Srinagar. On the way visit Deoprayag and puja at confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers at the temple. Then after drive to Srinagar. P.M. visit market. Overnight stay at tourist bungalow/hotel.

Day 04 Srinagar/ Ghat (1331m)   113 kms by Road

Early morning after breakfast drive to Ghat 6 hrs through Garhwali, landscape dotted with ethnic settlements following the river. Evening explore the mini township. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 05 Ghat/Ramni (1982m)    10 kms Trek

Gradual trek walk 6 hrs through Deodar forest and Bhotia villages leaving behind the Nandakini River. An ethnic school near village of Ramni is very interesting. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 06 Ramni/ Jhenjipani (1524m)    13 kms Trek

An ascend of about 3 hrs and a gradual descend of 2 hrs through a quiet forest and a local settlement en route. The locals here are a unique race of Brahmins as they have never ventured beyond the mountains ever into the towns. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 07 Jhenjipani/ Pana (2043m)  12 kms Trek

A 4 hrs trek ascending steeply for about 3 hrs followed by descend into the village of Pana. The route follows the valley and this village of Pana contains the Garhwali Gangari community known for their expertise in sheep wool weaving activities. They only ever use homespun clothes. Evening for rendezvous with the locals. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 08 Pana/ Dhakwani (2296m) 10 kms Trek

Trek 6 hrs gradually ascending through thick forests containing a rich variety of flora and fauna. Numerous herbs are found in this area and the locals are known to pick them for local use. Nomads grazing their sheeps en route is indeed interesting encounter as they lead a totally contrasting life-style. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 09 Dhakwani/ Kuari Pass (4268m)  10 kms Trek

Gradual ascend 5 hrs passing through silent forest and emerging into a meadow presenting the first dramatic views of Nanda Devi Peaks and Pangarchula peaks. The panorama is beyond imagination and the meadow presents an ethnic arena of the locals and nomads punctuating the meadow with their sheds while grazing their sheep and cattle. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 10 Kuari Pass/ Auli  (2740m)   17 kms Trek

Early morning starting after breakfast trek down to Auli 4 hrs - a winter ski resort, at the height of 3000m. Auli provides excellent opportunities for cross country, slalom and downhill skiing events. When not skiing, visitors can feast their eyes on breathtaking views of peaks like Nanda Devi (7873m), Kamet (7756m), Mana Parvat (7273m) and Dunagiri (7006m) without being aware that their seeming closeness is a mere illusion. Time loses all Meaning while these panoramic sights engross you. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 11 Auli/ Parsari Village (2240m) 6 kms Trek

Trek down to Parsari Village 2 hrs. Parsari is a large village presenting an interesting atmosphere. Afternoon to visit the Shiva Temple and Durga temple. Explore the handicrafts of this place in the lanes. Evening with local staff. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 12 Parsari/ Joshimath (1875m)  2 kms Trek/4 kms by Road

Early morning trek down 30 mns to road ahead and drive to Joshimath by Jeep visiting the meditation point of Swami Sankaracharya and Narsing Temple. Overnight stay at tourist bungalow/hotel.

Day 13 Joshimath/ Govindghat (1828m)/Ghangriya (3048m)  20 kms by Road/14 kms Trek

Morning after breakfast drive to reach Govindghat by covering approx. 20 kms. Upon arrival start trekking to reach Ghangriya by covering approx. 14 kms in 5 hrs. The trek begins by crossing the suspension bridge over Alaknanda river. The path continues in zigzag with the constant companion Lakshman Ganga gurgling past dense vegetation and forest. One can have panoramic views of Kak Bhusandi Valley. Ghangriya is the base for both Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib (4150m) which is the holiest place for the Sikhs. Overnight stay in tent.

Day 14 Ghangriya/Valley of Flowers (3658-3962m)/Ghangriya (3048m)10 kms Trek

Ghangriya is nestled amidst the giant deodars. Morning after breakfast start trekking to the Valley of Flowers. The path climbs up steadily. The valley is spread in approx. 20 sq. kms area. It was discovered accidentally by the British mountaineer Frank Smythe while returning from Mt. Kamet in 1934 in the upper reaches of Bhyunder valley. The elevation ranges between 3658 to 3962m. It has the largest collection of wild flowers. Notable among them are Himalayan blue poppy, brahma kamal, rennanclus, jareneyum, potentila, dumex etc. Return to Ghangriya for overnight stay in tent.

Day 15 Ghangriya/ Hemkund Sahib (4150m)/Ghangriya (3048m)12 kms Trek

Morning after breakfast start trekking 6 kms to Hemkund Sahib. The winding path climbs up to a high altitude Himalayan fresh water lake with a profusion of flowers. Legend has it that this lake was made by Lord Rama’s brother Lakshmana by shooting an arrow to quench the thirst of Sita, wife of Lord Rama. The founder of the Sikh religion Guru Govind Singh meditated here. There is a temple dedicated to Lakshmana and a gurudwara (place of worship for Sikhs). The lake is called Lakshmana Theertha by Hindus and Hemkund by Sikhs. The stream flows out and joins the river Alaknanda near Govindghat. You will see many Hindus and Sikhs on your way to the lake. Return to Ghangriya for overnight stay in tent.

Day 16 Ghangriya/Govindghat (1828m)/Badrinath (3096m) 14 kms Trek/28 kms by Road

Morning after breakfast start trekking to reach Govindghat. Upon arrival drive to Badrinath. Afternoon visit the Badrinarayan temple which is one of the holiest shrines of the Hindus. Watch the beautiful evening prayer in the temple. Overnight stay at tourist bungalow/hotel.

Day 17 Badrinath/ Mana Village (3100m)/Badrinath (3096m) 6 kms Trek

Morning after breakfast start trekking 3 kms to Mana Village. Full day sightseeing of Mana Village where we can see Vyash Gufa, where Maharshi Vyash wrote Mahabharat (Holy book of Hindu). This village is famous for woollen handicraft cloth like blanket, carpet, shawl, sweater etc. Return to Badrinath for overnight stay at tourist bungalow/hotel.

Day 18 Badrinath /Joshimath (1875m)/Gopeshwar (1219m)100 kms by Road

Early morning after breakfast drive to Gopeshwar approx. 100 kms in 4 hrs. Lunch en route. Continue after lunch and reach Gopeshwar. P.M. visit Gopinath Temple. Overnight stay at tourist bungalow.

Day 19 Gopeshwar/ Chopta (2500m)/Gopeshwar (1219m) 80 kms by Road/10 kms Trek

Early morning drive by jeep to Chopta 40 kms. Then 5 kms trek to climbing Chopta opens at view of the Himalayan panoramas and visit Tungnath Temple. Tungnath by walk to witness the prayers of this ancient temple of Lord Shiva. Overnight stay at tourist bungalow.

Day 20 Gopeshwar/ Rishikesh (340m)   209 kms  by Road
Early morning after breakfast drive to Rishikesh 7 hrs. Evening visit temples and main Ghat of Ganga. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 21 Rishikesh/ Delhi by Train
Late morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar railway station by train to Delhi. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 22 Departure
Transfer from hotel to International Airport for departure.
